Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Governance Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on the Change Governance Framework and the Change Governance Handbook.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including management and project team members.
  • Acting as an enabler of change initiative proposals to ensure timely decision making.
  • Maintaining a register of all change initiatives to capture key decisions.
  • Monitoring the change initiative portfolio and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure initiative and resourcing information is kept current and up to date.

The role requires:

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing best practice approaches to change governance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement team and corporate initiatives.
  • Providing high-quality work and contributing to team effectiveness.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for the Change Governance Framework and the Change Governance Handbook.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent contribution and understanding of the appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage.
  • Proven collaboration and project coordination skills, result-driven individual, and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences on best practice surrounding data.
