Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our governance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our Board and Committees.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior governance experts in drafting and revising board materials, providing legal guidance on corporate matters, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Mature the corporate governance function through the development and implementation of best practice governance processes.
  • Coordinate and deliver the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for our ASX listed entity.
  • Deliver seamless secretarial services, manage board logistics, and serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders.
Your Skills
  • 4+ years of corporate governance experience, with prior experience in managing or supporting the delivery of AGMs for ASX listed entities advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules (if applicable), and current governance best practices.
  • Practical advice on governance matters in a business-focused manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to draft clear, concise documents.
  • Interpret complex legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable governance frameworks.
