About This Role:

This position is for an individual who will be responsible for leading the Management of Change process, ensuring governance and assurance to relevant stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Action all simple changes as a designated coordinator
  • Oversee the administration of the simple change process and follow up on outstanding reviewer, stakeholder, and approver actions
  • Evaluate compliance with procedure for each change management phase and provide opportunities for system and process improvement
  • Determine the appropriate reviewers, stakeholders, and approvers required to review and approve the change
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all elements of the change have been captured
  • Advise the Minor Works Program Coordinator of any process issues requiring management intervention
  • Analyze and prepare Facility Risk Registers for Emerging Asset Risk forums
  • Monitor and provide governance reporting on the emerging asset risk process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade qualifications with at least 5 years' experience in a similar industry or role
  • A valid unrestricted C-class driver's license for manual vehicles
