About the Role:
The Mobility Coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure a seamless employee onboarding experience.
This involves collaborating with site leadership and HR teams to streamline processes, meet sponsorship obligations efficiently, and maintain compliance with immigration procedures, audits, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient processing of employee relocation cases
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective relocation strategies
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee mobility
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need experience within international recruitment and migration agency services. Strong coordination and administrative skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills, are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook is also required. The ability to develop reports, map process flows, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively is crucial.
