Global Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Customer Experience Mobility team as a Global Mobility Coordinator.

About the Role

The Global Mobility Coordinator will provide essential support to corporate clients in managing their international assignees' relocation experience. This involves end-to-end execution of relocation services, initial briefing calls, and continued communication with clients to ensure a smooth relocation process.

This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment. The successful candidate will possess a self-starter mentality, initiative, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide relocation services to corporate clients, including travel, accommodation, and insurance needs.
  2. Host initial briefing calls and ongoing communication with clients to ensure their relocation experience runs smoothly.
  3. Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records in our database.
  4. Authorize invoices and billing needs to ensure up-to-date cost management for both clients and the business.
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Previous mobility industry experience or similar industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-starter mentality, initiative, and a drive to succeed.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
