Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a System Support Analyst. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients;
- Monitoring client sites and logging incidents within a ticketing system;
- Referencing incidents to other parties when necessary;
- Proactively monitoring, documenting, and fixing problems or anomalies found at our clients' installations;
- Managing and exceeding customers' expectations by providing top-notch service;
- Ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and delivered according to Support specifications;
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in Linux administration and technical customer support;
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems for Servers and Workstations;
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written);
- Experience running basic queries in Microsoft SQL Server 2008 - an asset;
- Knowledge of Linux - an asset;
- Remote troubleshooting (ssh, VPN tunnels) - an asset;
- Experience in a medical and/or research environment - an asset;
