Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with our clients as a Technical Support Specialist, providing expert assistance and support to ensure their technology needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client infrastructure and provide technical support across various technologies.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices to provide expert advice and support.
Requirements:
  • At least 4+ years of experience in MSP, supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft stack, including M365, Auto-Pilot, Endpoint Manager, and other technologies such as VMWare, Veeam, Meraki, servers, DB, etc.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and ability to relate to the impact of your role.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
