Executive Construction Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in South East Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing building construction and upgrade projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project management plans, assess delivery options, and coordinate risk management.
- Engage and manage consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with project briefs and statutory requirements.
- Prepare tenders and oversee commissioning, handover, and the defect liability period.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in client-side project management for building construction and upgrade projects. They should possess strong knowledge of contract administration, including the role of Principal's Representative and Contract Superintendent.

- Qualifications in building construction or a related discipline.
