Reducing food waste is a significant challenge globally. Our company is pioneering a solution that connects stores with unsold surplus food to consumers who can enjoy it, saving meals from going to waste and reducing CO2e emissions.

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. You will play a pivotal role in developing and growing partnerships with prominent retailers in the food and beverage industry, driving store coverage and overall supply.

This role offers autonomy in managing your own portfolio of chains, ensuring strong relationships with partners and meeting business KPIs. You will also be responsible for continuing established relationships, building close and sustainable relationships with partners, and presenting our concept at trade or franchisee fairs, events, and meetings.

  • Account Growth: Develop strategies to grow accounts and work with retailers to increase store coverage and overall supply.
  • Account Management: Manage your own portfolio of chains and ensure the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
  • Partner Relationships: Continue established relationships and build close and sustainable relationships with partners, ensuring they have the best experience.
  • Research: Independently search for new opportunities and understand businesses in depth to drive success.
  • Presentation: Present our concept at trade or franchisee fairs, events, and meetings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all areas - nationally and internationally - to optimize processes and develop strategies for long-term development of partnerships.
