Job Description

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to join Victaulic as a Regional Sales Specialist in the Kalgoorlie territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our full range of products to the mining, power generation, and industrial sectors.

About the Role:

  • Promote Victaulic products to owners, contractors, distributors, and consulting engineers in the designated territory.
  • Maintain contact with contractors and established distribution channels to establish plans for growth.
  • Liaise with other Territory Managers to ensure projects are communicated, followed through, and capitalized on.
  • Achieve revenue budget by maximizing all opportunities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Gaining a sound understanding and technical grasp of the product range.
  • Developing relationships within the designated customer base.
  • Gaining a sound understanding of current projects.
  • Obtaining market information and its reliability and currency.
  • Ability to 'get to first base' with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of pipe joining systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • High standard of professional personal presentation.
