Job Title: Digital Engineering Manager

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Digital Engineering Manager to support state-wide projects and provide strategic oversight in the development, adoption, and use of a consistent digital engineering approach across our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of digital engineering implementation and enablement
  • Provide insight and leadership on technical problem-solving
  • Develop standards, protocols, templates, guidelines, practices, and innovative solutions to meet project and business needs
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of Digital Engineering processes
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all relevant statutory regulations, design, and construction standards and codes applicable to the project
Requirements:
  • Strong experience and knowledge in BIM and geospatial environments
  • Experience in construction highly desirable
  • Strong experience and knowledge in BIM/CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks
  • Ability to work in a senior strategic capacity
