Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the ongoing success of the College through strategic planning and execution.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community groups.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative agricultural programs and services.
  • Maintain a high-performing team culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership in agriculture or education, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role.
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in education, business, or agriculture, or equivalent experience.
