About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

Responsibilities
  • Providing expert administrative support with a wide variety of general admin tasks to all departments of the branch including Livestock, Retail, Wool, Real Estate and Finance.
  • Undertake banking accreditation to drive deposit portfolio
  • Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand and products we offer
  • Assisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively
About You
  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focused working environment
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a background in business administration
  • Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
