About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions that meet member needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire members to take action
  • Drive and a focus on achieving goals
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds
