We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team at Fitness First Richmond Platinum club.

As a Member Support Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the success of our club, interacting with members and driving membership growth through outreach activities, sales promotions, and referrals campaigns.

You will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and creating great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive to be goal-focused and continuously look for new ways to excel
  • A team player to rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
  • Customer-focused to build rapport with people of all backgrounds and motivated to help them achieve their goals

What We Offer:

  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
