About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns to drive membership growth.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions to drive member retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful outcomes to member enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as per the club roster to ensure a smooth and secure environment for our members.
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey and achieve their goals.
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members to take action.
  • Drive and goal-focused with a continuous desire to excel and improve performance.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with members from diverse backgrounds and provide personalized support to meet their needs.
