We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First. As a key member of our club team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to member enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
- Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them motivated and informed about club-based products and services
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide solutions that meet the needs of our members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members
- Drive and a goal-focused approach to excel in sales and customer service
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and celebrate personal and team success
- Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
