About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at our Chatswood Platinum club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive membership growth through proactive outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with enquiries and delivering personalized experiences that motivate them to continue their fitness journey.
  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey and recommending club-based products that enhance their experience.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
  • A problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • A drive to excel and continuously improve performance.
  • A team player with a customer-focused approach.
What We Offer
  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000, made up of base salary and commission, plus super.
