About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Support Consultant at Fitness First. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving membership growth and retention by providing exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns to drive membership growth.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions to ensure member satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to drive member loyalty and retention.
  • Assist with opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them informed about our services and products.
Requirements
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with people of all backgrounds and inspire them to take action.
  • Drive and goal-focused to continuously look for new ways to excel and improve performance.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Customer-focused to build rapport with people and provide support to help them achieve their goals.
