Job Description

The ideal candidate will work closely with Directors to manage key responsibilities across project delivery and client-side management.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a small, agile team where your impact will be immediate and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, builder relationships, contract administration and financial tracking, some marketing
  • Coordinate claims, invoicing, progress payments and documentation
  • Conduct site visits (at least twice per week) and ensure delivery remains on program
  • Support the senior development lead in overseeing consultants and key stakeholders
  • Involved from feasibility through to handover, with exposure to the full lifecycle
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5-7 years' experience in property development or client-side project management
  • Background in commercial, industrial or high-end residential projects preferred
  • Proficient with Procore, Excel and confident reading and interpreting plans
  • Skilled in contract administration, progress claims and site-based coordination
  • Polished, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
  • Willing to grow into more senior roles
  • Driven and dependable, with a strong work ethic and a practical mindset
  • Able to wear a hard hat, walk a site, and communicate clearly across all levels
