About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at BTP Group. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in attracting, screening, and engaging a pipeline of talent to support our business growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, with a strong focus on delivering excellent candidate experience and best hiring outcomes. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process, providing market insights to hiring managers, and building strong relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactive talent attraction through various channels to engage and nurture talent for high-volume recruitment.
  2. Facilitate the recruitment process via SuccessFactors and provide market insights to hiring managers and HR Superintendent.
  3. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to deliver positive candidate experiences.
  4. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the East Coast region.
  5. Provide feedback to hiring managers and HR Superintendent on candidates.
  6. Support the onboarding of successful candidates and contribute to other HR activities as required.
