About the Role
The BTP Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and engaging a pipeline of talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive talent attraction: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for high-volume recruitment.
- Facilitate end-to-end TA process via Success Factors and provide market insights to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships for positive candidate experience.
- Develop and fulfill effective recruitment strategies for the East Coast.
- Provide feedback to the Hiring Manager and HR Superintendent on candidates.
- Support onboarding of candidates once successful and hands-on in other HR activities as required.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
