Located in the heart of Brisbane's Central Business District, Hyatt Regency Brisbane is a premium retreat that offers a unique blend of luxury and convenience. As a Marketing Communications Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive marketing programs to drive revenue growth across all areas of the hotel, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Events.
  • Create and design all hotel collateral, including digital signage, menus, and special offers, to effectively communicate our brand message and values.
  • Manage our hotel's reputation on various platforms, including Medallia, Trip Advisor, and Third-Party booking channels, to ensure we maintain a strong online presence.
  • Lead and drive Food & Beverage marketing initiatives to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain social media awareness across all platforms to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and host media tours to showcase our hotel's offerings.
  • Manage our hotel's database, direct marketing activities, and e-marketing initiatives to ensure we are effectively communicating with our audience.
Requirements
  • Experience in social media content creation and management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.
  • Relevant experience in a hotel environment is required.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours as required by the business.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines when required.
