About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Specialist to join our HumeLink West project team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing strategic and tactical advice on industrial instruments and employment regulations to ensure compliance and achieve commercially viable solutions.

You'll work closely with project management and frontline management to identify and advise on industrial relations issues that may impact the project's operations or commercial outcomes. Your responsibilities will also include implementing IR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to managers and supervisors on IR aspects.

We're looking for a motivated and experienced IR professional who can make a positive impact on our project team.
