We are seeking a skilled Workplace Health and Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As part of a diverse, genuine, and friendly group, you will be actively involved in acting for both private and public sector clients in relation to workplace health and safety incidents, prosecution proceedings, and inquests.

The national workplace team consists of the employment and safety teams, collaborating across interests and borders. Your legal skills will become well-honed with the diversity of work, including exposure to clients across various industries and jurisdictions, working with Commonwealth, state, and local governments, as well as construction, transport, food, FMCG, and energy clients.

You will have 2+ years' experience gained in a well-regarded Workplace Health and Safety or Employment law practice. You will have experience or a keen interest in investigations, prosecutions, and inquests, as well as well-developed analytical and drafting skills.
