Job Description
We seek an experienced individual to join our Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team as a strategic partner to the Global Employment Law and Employee Relations teams.
The role involves conducting complex global workplace investigations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, under the guidance of the Global Employment Law team.
Fostering key principles of Employee Relations, this position plays a pivotal role in partnering with Servicenow's expanding legal and employee relations teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- General knowledge of and experience working in Australian employment law/employment practices is mandatory.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
