  • Maintain a deep understanding of business metrics and leverage this expertise to drive sales and profitability.
  • Foster strong relationships with valued clients, hosting exclusive appointments and representing the brand at the highest level.
  • Take a proactive approach to managing the selling floor, actively promoting and driving department sales and confidence.
  • Prepare and deliver morning briefs and training sessions to keep the team informed and motivated.
