**Restaurant Manager - High Profile Opportunity**
At pr-qld, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our latest high-profile opening in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a challenging role and showcase their expertise.
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing a multi-site venue, including procurement, labour and beverage costs, service procedures, brand standards, and staff recruitment and training. They will also work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests.
The successful candidate will possess premium dining experience, have worked in a high-volume multi-outlet environment, and be able to thrive under pressure while achieving results. They will be a leader who can motivate and inspire a diverse range of people, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for quality customer service.
