Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative professional to join our team as an End User Support Specialist.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, user-focused IT support across one of our customer organisations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver advanced support across all user-facing IT services, including Service Desk triage, priority support, walk-up Tech Bar assistance, M365 user technologies, and AV/meeting room technology support.
  • Manage and maintain the Endpoint Standard Operating Environment (SOE), including deployment, patching, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (including Intune-enrolled endpoints).
  • Packaging and deploying applications, using tools such as PowerShell, Intune, or other platforms; ensuring applications are tested, documented, and delivered reliably across environments.
  • SUPPORT hardware and software asset lifecycle and IT Service Management governance, including provisioning, tagging, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) updates, and decommissioning; contribute to process improvement and compliance activities.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop and mobile platforms, with strong hands-on skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic networking.
  • Proven experience managing SOEs and application packaging, including scripting or automation using tools like PowerShell and Intune; familiarity with patch deployment and endpoint compliance.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certified (or equivalent understanding), with proficiency in IT Service Management platforms such as Ivanti or ServiceNow; comfortable working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contributing to service documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience delivering training or onboarding sessions and supporting asset/configuration management activities.
