Customer Growth Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Specialist, Growth to join our team at REA Group. As a key member of our Customer Growth Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving targets through the conversion and product uptake of Growth solutions.
About the Role
The Sales Specialist, Growth will act as a subject matter expert, partnering with the Relationship Manager and working independently to identify the right customers to target for premium subscriptions and other growth solution products. You will be responsible for building rapport effectively, understanding customer needs correctly and quickly, and closing opportunities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Relationship Manager to identify and target high-potential customers for premium subscriptions and growth solution products.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Work collaboratively with the Hive team and other specialist sales teams to ensure customer experience and whole view of customer is considered when doing a deal.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Assist in the execution of growth incentives and promotions to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
Requirements
- A proven track record of business development and sales skills, with a strong focus on hunting and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Google Suite.
