Property Growth Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist, Growth to join our dynamic team at REA Group. As a key player in driving revenue growth and targets, you will be responsible for converting and upselling premium subscriptions and other growth solution products.
Job Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with Relationship Managers, build strong relationships with customers, and drive pipeline management to achieve business objectives.
About the Role:
- Demonstrate expertise in selling premium subscriptions and growth solutions to Residential customers
- Collaborate with Hive teams and specialist sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Manage and convert own pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and target achievement
- Leverage industry knowledge and competitive insights to differentiate and sell value-added solutions
- Assist in executing growth incentives and promotions
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of business development and sales success in SaaS environments
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and CRM system experience
- Solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results-driven outcomes
- Familiarity with property and marketing methods, advertising, and online experience an advantage
Your Benefits:
