About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Symal Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of our ambitious infrastructure projects in the major transport space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams of construction professionals, including mentoring, training, and performance management.
  • Manage the overall delivery of the project in accordance with internal processes and procedures.
  • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates.
  • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management, and lead continual improvement of a high-performing safety culture within the delivery team.
  • Manage the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Requirements
  • Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in the major transport space for a government agency or similar organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • A proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams with a successful outcome.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in meetings with consultants, clients, management, and on-site personnel.
  • A proven record and understanding of HSE/QA compliance.
