Restaurant Supervisor Positions:
The FOH Restaurant Supervisor at Mamasan is responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the daily operations of the restaurant. This role ensures service standards are upheld, team members are supported and trained, and operational procedures are followed to maintain a vibrant, professional and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Uphold a high level of customer service in line with Mamasan's standards
- Support the Venue Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in managing service periods and floor flow
- Communicate guest feedback and service insights to the leadership team
- Ensure quality control across FOH service touchpoints, including presentation, cleanliness and guest interaction
- Support team training, onboarding and development in line with Mamasan's service expectations
- Effectively communicate operational updates and procedures to the FOH team
- Maintain FOH areas to a high standard of cleanliness, ambience and functionality
- Execute POS duties, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures
- Coordinate team breaks and daily task allocation
- Motivate and support the FOH team to meet performance expectations and create memorable guest moments

Qualifications and Contemporary Knowledge:
- At least 2 years experience in a comparable role in the hospitality industry.
- General wine knowledge with a willingness to learn
