Restaurant Team Leader

A Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading a team of 20–50 legends, driving engagement and results. They handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from their Area Manager.
The successful candidate will grow their crew by helping them thrive with check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. They must also keep the numbers in check by managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
