Gallagher Bassett is seeking a skilled Senior Client Manager to join our dynamic Client Services team. In this critical role, you will serve as the voice of our valued client customers, providing exceptional support and guidance in Workers Compensation claims management.

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to forge strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, managing complex client interactions and driving business growth. You will work closely with our operational and sales teams to optimize service delivery and maximize revenue for our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Client Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to clients, resolving issues and improving outcomes.
  • Sales and Growth: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for analyzing claims trends, implementing process improvements, and educating clients on compliant claims management practices. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization will be essential in this role.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with significant experience in client-facing roles, preferably within the claims, workers compensation, or broking industries. A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
