This is a hybrid position that requires 1-2 days of office work and key client meetings, while the rest of your week can be spent working from home.

About the Role

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives. Reporting to the Account Director, you will manage accounts, expand existing relationships, and identify new opportunities.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a skilled relationship builder, and a team player who thrives in collaboration. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to deliver estimates and drive projects forward.

Your success in this role hinges on your ability to deeply understand each client's unique business needs and excel in supporting strategically focused ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurturing strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Managing accounts, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and designers to deliver estimates and drive projects forward
