Job Description:

GRC Specialist Role

As a GRC Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance, risk management, and compliance of designated components within our cloud capability. Your primary goal will be to perform assurance and authorization activities, collaborating with internal teams and customers to establish baselines and level-set security requirements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement industry-standard security compliance frameworks, such as ISM, PSPF, DSPF, ASIO T4, and NIST, into design and build baselines. Additionally, you will develop thought leadership material on cloud and emerging technologies, demonstrating your expertise and innovation in this field.

A day in the life of a GRC Specialist involves exercising sound judgment, making strategic trade-offs between short-term and long-term security and business goals. You will demonstrate resilience and navigate complex situations with composure and tact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assurance and authorization activities for designated components within our cloud capability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to establish baselines and level-set security requirements.
  • Implement industry-standard security compliance frameworks into design and build baselines.
  • Develop thought leadership material on cloud and emerging technologies.
