Job Title

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled sales professional to join our business as a Key Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, market intelligence, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the appliance industry and be able to leverage this knowledge to articulate commercial reasons why our products are number one. A confident presenter and negotiator, you will think outside the box, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels.

We are seeking a results-driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, building relationships underpinned by integrity and trust. With a minimum of 3 years' retail sales experience, preferably in the appliance industry or mass-premium consumer brands, you will be well-equipped to excel in this role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through key account management
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNT HOLDERS AND STAKEHOLDERS
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce (desirable but not required)
  • Minimum 3 years' retail sales experience, preferably in the appliance industry or mass-premium consumer brands
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on delivering outcomes
