Appliance Repair Technician Opportunity

The role involves working closely with our long-standing customers to repair and fully test the operation of products ensuring full customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair appliances and air-conditioners to ensure high-quality results
  • Maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage spare parts inventory in vans

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred; industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and PC proficiency
  • Deliver premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature

This role supports a 'work out of home' model, allowing for flexibility and reduced travel time.
