Job Overview:

Service Coordinator Opportunity

The Home Appliances Division is seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading electrical motor and home appliance provider that has been delivering market-leading products worldwide for over 60 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service assistance to customers
  • Process all service calls received nationally, identifying user faults and warranty conditions
  • Utilize SAP software to order parts and file warranty authorization notices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administration/customer service, call centre or after sales service business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc.
  • Desirable experience within the home appliance industry and with SAP operating system
  • A hardworking and loyal individual
