**Job Title:** Onsite Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Managing vendor contracts, obtaining bids, and approving invoices.
  • Resolving customer service issues and conducting property inspections.
  • Responding to Board requirements and attending Board meetings.
  • Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending tasks.
  • Preparing annual budgets.
  • Oversight of staff.
  • Collaborating with the accounting department on financials, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable.

**Qualifications:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in COA/HOA onsite management.
  • A valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
  • Passing a drug and background check.
  • Preferred qualifications include AMS and CMCA certifications.
