ONSITE PROPERTY MANAGER TO START IMMEDIATELY

This role requires an ongoing assignment. Working within a team onsite at a stunning residential building in Newstead, with no need to travel or use a car. No weekends or public holidays, and free parking onsite.

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:

  • Well-presented and strong interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and a team player
  • Willing to offer exceptional customer service both when seeing clients in the office and greeting owners and tenants
  • Good computer skills; use of PropertyMe would be an advantage
  • Good level of initiative and existing Property Management knowledge

The Role:

  • Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing property maintenance to ensure properties are well looked after
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met
