Job Details: Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 a year Job Type: Full-time Shift and Schedule: 8 hour shift, plus board meetings Location: Onsite Benefits: Paid time off Responsibilities: Managing vendor contracts, obtaining bids, and approving invoices Resolving customer service issues and conducting property inspections Responding to Board requirements and attending Board meetings Communicating regularly with Board members regarding project status and pending tasks Preparation of annual budgets Oversight of staff Preparation and completion of Action List Working with accounting department regarding financials, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable Qualifications: 3+ years in COA/HOA Onsite management Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance Drug and background check AMS and or CMCA (Preferred) Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Project Management and Information Technology Competitive pay plus full benefits including mileage reimbursement; CAI Membership & educational classes.
