Client Experience Executive (Property Management) - Brisbane

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are excited to share an opportunity for an experienced and sophisticated residential Client Experience Executive to join our property management team based in Brisbane. In conjunction with industry-leading technology, you will also reap the dedicated support of the following functions:

- Trust accounting team – no trust accounting and full invoicing support
- Onsite concierge, caretaking, and construction teams –no building management required
- Experienced management team to provide full-time guidance and empowerment to be successful within your role

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate is a high-level communicator who is customer-centric, proactive, and has:

- The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Superb customer service skills to provide premium concierge services for our residents
- Exceptional people skills, especially in dealing with consultants, contractors, other businesses, staff, and clients
- The ability to effortlessly utilise a range of technology programs
- Exceptionalattention to detail
- Great presentation and communication
- The ability to ensure that all systems/processes are utilised and maintained
- The ability to manage their time efficiently
- A thriving commitment to excellence in everything they do
