Job Overview

This full-time position falls within the Student Success Division and offers a range of benefits, including annual leave and career development opportunities. As a Higher Education Worker Level 6, you will work closely with students and staff to promote cultural wellbeing frameworks and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, promoting effective communication and cultural understanding.
  • Develop and implement cultural wellbeing initiatives tailored to student needs.
  • Leverage project management expertise to drive strategic goals and objectives.
  • Maintain strong technical skills in software applications, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
Benefits Package
  • Total remuneration: $107,321 to $115,586 pa, including salary, superannuation, and leave loading.

Requirements
  • Identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
  • Strong knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories, and contemporary issues.
