A Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary for this full-time Receptionist position in Cairns, estimated to be around $55,000 per year.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves greeting clients and staff, answering and transferring telephone calls, taking detailed messages, electronically distributing faxes, distributing incoming and preparing outgoing mail, setting up meeting rooms, and performing general administrative duties.

Requirements

You will enjoy working with people, providing support and confidentiality to our office and clients. You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities.

About You

You will be professionally presented, with a polished telephone manner and enthusiasm to work on your own and with our team. Previous reception experience in a legal environment or equivalent is highly regarded.
