Front Desk and Reservations Coordinator

The Front Desk and Reservations Coordinator plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our hotel, working closely with both front office and reservations teams to drive occupancy and guest satisfaction.
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Front Desk and Reservations Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for handling room reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:- Manage room reservations and allocations efficiently, utilizing Opera Cloud software to maximize occupancy rates
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work collaboratively with the front office team to maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates
- Assist with inventory control, rate management, and revenue optimization initiatives
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns
- Prior experience in a front desk or reservations role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud software
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding guest service
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
