Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of HSW programs and initiatives across QLD/WA.
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and liaison with regulatory bodies.
  • Mentor and coach HSW professionals to drive excellence.
  • Develop and deliver training and capability-building programs across sites.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or an equivalent field.
  • Possess 5+ years of experience in senior WHS roles.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance and risk management principles.
  • Proven track record of leading investigations and driving improvement.
