Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Health Safety and Wellbeing Director to lead our team in implementing and managing the department's health, safety and wellbeing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on health, safety and wellbeing matters.
  • Implement the health safety and wellbeing management system, including health and wellbeing initiatives, WorkCover premiums, injury management and WHS compliance.
  • Develop and oversee governance, reporting and assurance frameworks to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of health, safety and wellbeing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop effective strategies.
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources.
