Job Opportunity: Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across diverse operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive health, safety and wellbeing strategies.
  • Maintain risk registers, incident reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and coach HSW professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Design and deliver training programs to build capability across sites.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior WHS roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, compliance and risk management principles.
  • Proven track record of leading investigations and driving improvements.
